SOME HAKA LODGES ARE NOW IN HIBERNATION DUE TO COVID-19
As a result of Covid-19, from Wednesday 18 March only New Zealand residents and citizens (and their children and partners) are permitted to enter New Zealand.
Effective from 25 March, NZ will be in coronavirus lockdown (self-isolation) for four weeks.
The following properties are in hibernation until 1 November 2020:
- Haka Lodge Auckland
- Haka Lodge Paihia (Bay of Islands)
- Haka Lodge Taupo
The following properties remain operational with limited availability:
- Haka Lodge Queenstown
- Haka Lodge Ponsonby
Guests must agree to the government’s self-isolation rules during their stay during this period.
